August 29 - Pack Orientation

Dear Parents of Tiger Cubs and Future Tiger Cubs,

On Wednesday, August 29th, Pack 327 will hold it's annual Pack Orientation for parents of new scouts in the basement of Hendricks Hall (the kindergarten building) from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Whether you've already signed up, or you still need to fill out an application, you are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting.  We will be talking about everything you need to know to start your Scouting experience off on the right foot.  You'll learn about uniforms, meetings, achievements and more.  We'll introduce you to the Pack, and I'll be talking about our first-grade Tiger Den.

Please note that this is a meeting for parents.  Your son is not required to attend.

If you are not able to attend this meeting and you still want to sign your son up for Cub Scouts, please send me you son's name and homeroom number, and I will send you an application via Kidmail next week after the orientation meeting.

May 12 - Go See It: Harvest Home Dairy

Dear Tiger Wolf Cub Parents,

Our last den event this school year will be our final Go See It to Harvest Home Dairy on Saturday, May 12th, at 9:30 AM.  The farm is located at 7401 Hanna Road in Crestwood, KY.  Our tour should last about 90 minutes. 

Harvest Moon Farm and Harvest Home Dairy are owned and operated by Bob and Angie Klingenfus.  Bob is the grandfather of Jacob M.  This is a working farm and dairy, so please wear appropriate footwear.  Your shoes will get dirty!
