Tiger Tracks

Dear Tiger Cub Parents,

We are nearing the completion of the achievements required to earn our Tiger Cub Badges (can you believe it!), so it's time to start earning Tiger Tracks.

Tiger Tracks are the yellow beads that go on the fourth strand of the Tiger Totem.  You earn them by completing the electives (there are 50 of them) in the back of the Tiger Handbook.  You can also find a listing of all the electives on our den website here:

http://pack327tigers.blogspot.com/p/achievements-and-electives.html

For every 10 electives completed, you earn 1 Tiger Track bead.  You certainly do not have to do all of the electives, and you can do any of them more than once.  In other words, if you do Elective No. 14 (read a story) ten times, you will earn one Tiger Track.  However, it would probably be more rewarding to do several different electives, rather then just doing the same one over and over, but that's up to you and your Tiger Cub.

Use the chart in the back of your handbook to keep track of the electives that you've completed.  As always, bring your handbook with you to the den meetings, and I will start awarding Tiger Tracks at our next meeting on January 10th.

If you have any questions, please let me know.  Otherwise, have fun earning those Tiger Tracks, and I'll see you on Tuesday!
